We are currently looking for a dedicated Support Workers to join our already fantastic team in Stroud. We are offering full-time and part time opportunities. This role is currently paying £12.82 per hour. We have lates and sleep in positions available

So, what will you be doing and how will you make an impact?
- You will have the chance to work with a wide range of people including those with Young People, Care Leavers, Mental Health, Trauma and substance misuse.
- You'll assist with emotional and physical support for all aspect of daily living. This includes domestic duties, assisting with managing finances, budgeting, securing employment and benefit claims, promoting independant living skills, emotional and mental health support and sign posting to relevant organisations, ensure the safety of the property and ensure only those authorised are on the premises, report any safety issues and supporting those in times of mental health crisis as an appropriate adult.
- You will take part in managing behaviours that challenge with consistency and empathy to ensure individuals are content in their daily living.
- You will contribute, arrange, and assist with planning meaningful activities and events that are sure to leave a positive impact on each person you support.
- Be a positive and encouraging person promoting the best care possible.
Is there anything we need from you?
- We'll need you to have at least 6 months' experience as a Support Worker with strong experience with the conditions above, this is non-negotiable.
- A full UK driving license is essential due to the location of the services and your duties on shift
- A good work ethic and good timekeeping is a must.
- Full right to work and residency in the UK is a must, we are unable to offer sponsorship or relocation assistance.
