Our client is a growing provider of Children's Residential services and has recently opened two wonderful homes in GLOUCESTER. They are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic team players to join them in looking after children and young people from traumatic backgrounds. You will be part if a skilled and dedicated team to develop and support children and young people towards positive outcomes and to go on to live happy and fulfilled lives
The ideal Residential Support Worker, Children's Residential, GLOUCESTER will possess/be/have;
· Competitive base salary of £25,500 - £27,750* (pro rata for part time) dependent on qualifications
· With overtime and additional sleep-ins, CPs can expect to earn OTE in the region of £.32,840** (pro rata for part time)
· Overtime and Sleep in Annual leave enhancements
· Wellbeing packages

· Nest Pension
· 28 days holiday (increasing after 2 years service)
· Refer a friend scheme
· Rostered team meetings and training
· Supportive and reliable on call system
· Supportive and accessible managers and senior management

This is a role including shift work, so you must be able to work weekends, evenings and sleep ins.
* This is made up of base salary plus 60 contracted sleep-ins per annum (pro-rated to 5 per month).
** On average employees complete 78 sleep-ins and 310 overtime hours per year. In reality, you may do more or less than the average and this will therefore impact your OTE.
Ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends.

- Full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential.
- Enhanced DBS certificate is required.
- Must be over the age of 21
