- Supporting adults with Autism, Aspergers, Physical Disabilities, Mental health and Emotional Challenges.
- Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment in supported living settings.
- We'll need you to have at least 6 months' experience in support work, or a similar role.
- A caring, empathetic, and patient nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including earlies, lates, weekends (on a rota basis), and sleep-ins.
- Full right to work and residency in the UK is a must, we are unable to offer sponsorship or relocation assistance.
