Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing emotional and practical support to young adults.
  • Assisting with daily routines and activities.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and personal development.
  • Supporting adults with Autism, Aspergers, Physical Disabilities, Mental health and Emotional Challenges.
  • Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment in supported living settings.
What We're Looking For:
  • We'll need you to have at least 6 months' experience in support work, or a similar role.
  • A caring, empathetic, and patient nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including earlies, lates, weekends (on a rota basis), and sleep-ins.
  • Full right to work and residency in the UK is a must, we are unable to offer sponsorship or relocation assistance.
